摘要
[目的]建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定地表水中7种重金属元素含量的方法.[方法]采用ICP-MS法,用2%HNO3配制Cd、Cr、Cu、Se、Pb、Zn、Hg浓度为0、5.0、10.0、20.0、40.0、50.0 μg/L的标准系列,以45Sc、74Ge、115In、185Re作在线内标,调节仪器测定参数,测定地表水环境质量标准基本项目中的重金属元素含量.[结果] ICP-MS法测定的7种重金属含量元素的线性相关系数均> 0.9990,标准样品的测定值均在保证值范围内,加标回收率为95.5% ~ 102.0%.[结论]ICP-MS法具有操作简便、干扰少、分析速度快、灵敏度高、结果准确可靠等优点,是测定地表水中重金属元素含量的理想方法.
Abstract
[Objective] To establish an ICP-MS method for the 7 elements determination in surface water.[Method] Serial mixed standard solutions were prepared by 2% HNO3 with concentrations of Cd,Cr,Cu,Se,Pb,Zn,Hg being 0.0,5.0,10.0,20.0,40.0,50.0 μg/L.45Sc,74Ge,115In,185Re was used as on-line internal standards and the instrument's parameters were adjusted to good state,the metal elements in the surface water environment quality standard basic project were determined.[Result] The linear correlative coefficients for 7 elements were higher than 0.999 0,testing values of standard reference materials were within guaranteed scope,spiked recoveries were between 95.5% and 102.0%.[Conclusion] The ICP-MS method is simple,quick,less interference,sensitive and accurate,it can be used as perfect method to determine metal elements content in surface water.
