摘要
[目的]研究污泥土地利用对土壤中细菌、放线菌和真菌数量的影响.[方法]以合肥市污水处理厂脱水污泥为试材,加入不同浓度重金属(污水厂原污泥重金属浓度扩大1、2、4、6、8倍),研究不同浓度重金属对表层和10 cm土层微生物数量的影响.[结果]微生物数量因处理浓度的不同而异,适合细菌生长的最佳浓度为1~6倍(Cu≤572.76 mg/kg,Zn≤1759.08 mg/kg,Pb≤468.54 mg/kg,Cd≤11.76 mg/kg),适合放线菌生长的最佳浓度为2倍(Cu≤190.92 mg/kg,Zn≤586.36 mg/kg,Pb≤156.18 mg/kg,Cd≤3.92 mg/kg),适合真菌生长的最佳浓度为4倍(Cu≤381.84 mg/kg,Zn≤1172.72 mg/kg,Pb≤312.36 mg,/kg,Cd≤7.84 mg/kg);除土壤表层放线菌数量比10cm土层少外,土壤表层的细菌和真菌数量均高于10 cm土层.[结论]不同类群微生物对污泥中重金属的敏感度由高到低依次为真菌、放线菌、细菌;合肥市污水处理厂的脱水污泥农用对土壤微生物的数量分布具有一定的影响.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study effects of sewage sludge for land use on bacteria,actinomycetes,fungi.[Method] With Hefei municipal wastewater treatment plant sludge as the test material,adding different concentration of heavy metals(the concentration of heavy metals in sewage sludge was enlarged 1,2,4,6,8 times),effects of different concentration of heavy metal on microbial quantity in surface soil and 10cm soil were studied.[Result] The results showed that microbial populations are varied with different concentrations.The optimum concentration of bacterial growth is the expansion of 1-6 times (Cu≤572.76 mg/kg,Zn ≤ 1759.08 mg/kg,Pb ≤468.54 mg/kg,Cd ≤ 11.76 mg/kg).The optimum concentration of actinomycetic growth is the expansion of 2 times (Cu ≤ 190.92 mg/kg,Zn ≤586.36 mg/kg,Pb≤ 156.18 mg/kg,Cd ≤3.92 mg/kg).The optimum concentration of fungal growth is the expansion of 4 times (Cu ≤ 381.84 mg/kg,Zn ≤ 1172.72 mg/kg,Pb ≤312.36mg/kg,Cd≤7.84 mg/kg).In addition to the quantitative distribution of actinomycetes above 10cm layer is less than on the surface of soil,the quantitative distribution of bacteria and fungi on the surface of soil are more than above 10cm layer.[Conclusion] The sequence of the sensitivity to the heavy metal in sludge among three kinds of microorganisms is usually:fungi > actinomycetes > bacteria;the agricultural sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant in Hefei has certain effect on soil microbial quantitative distribution.
