摘要

[目的]探讨酸性电解水在南方葡萄种植中病毒害防治上的应用.[方法]研究酸性电解水、碱性电解水、先酸性电解水后碱性电解水、先碱性电解水后酸性电解水、生物农药5种处理对南方葡萄霜霉病、灰霉病等5种病毒害的防治效果,并研究了酸性电解水对葡萄平均颗粒重和糖度的影响.[结果]喷施酸性电解水和先喷酸性电解水后喷碱性电解水对葡萄霜霉病、友霉病、炭疽病、穗轴褐枯病、黑痘病等病毒害的防治效果较好,分别为94.0%、79.2%;酸性电解水可提高葡萄平均颗粒重和糖度.[结论]酸性电解水对葡萄病毒害有较强的杀灭作用,且具有瞬时、广谱、高效、安全和无残留的杀菌特性,对农药具有可替代性.

Abstract

[Objective] To discuss the control effects of acidic electrolyzed water in grape virus diseases in south China.[Method] We researched the control effects of five treatments (acidic electrolyzed water,alkaline electrolyzed water,alkaline electrolyzed water after acidic electrolyzed water,acidic electrolyzed water after alkaline electrolyzed water,and biopesticide) on five virus diseases in grape in south China (downy mildew,gray mold and so on).Effects of acidic electrolyzed water on average grain weight and sugar degree were researched.[Result] Spraying acidic electrolyzed water,and spraying alkaline electrolyzed water after acidic electrolyzed water had relatively good control effects on grape downy mildew,gray mold,anthracnose,spike-stalk brown spot and anthracnose,which were 94.0% and 79.2 %,respectively.Acidic electrolyzed water enhanced the average grain weight and sugar degree of grape.[Conclusion] Acidic electrolyzed water has relatively strong killing effects on grape virus diseases,and has the sterilization characteristics of temporality,broad spectrum,efficiency,safety and no residues.It can take the place of pesticide in certain degree.
