摘要

[目的]探索酒糟有机肥对烟叶质量的影响.[方法]采用泸州烟区云烟87为主栽品种,设酒糟有机肥和对照2个处理(酒糟有机肥处理:底肥与追肥全部用酒糟有机肥,底肥10.00 kg/hm2,追肥3.33 kg,/hm2;对照:底肥用烟草专用肥3.00 kg/hm2,提苗肥用硝酸钾0.33 kg/hm2,追肥1.67 kg/hm2),研究酒糟有机肥对烟叶外观质量、化学成分和感官质量的影响.[结果]酒糟有机肥处理的烟叶外观质量、化学成分和感官质量均优于对照,酒糟有机肥能有效提高烟叶油分,对烟叶组织成分和程度有一定提升作用;烟叶的总糖、还原糖、总植物碱、氮碱比、糖碱比、钾氯比等化学指标均达到了优质烟标准;感官评价较好,表现为香气纯正,吃味较干净,香气量较好,烟气细腻,杂气较轻.[结论]酒糟有机肥可以应用于烟草种植,且对烟叶质量有一定促进作用.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to explore effects of distillers' grains organic fertilizer on tobacco quality.[Method] Using Yunyan87 in Luzhou tobacco planting area as main cultivar,setting up distillers' grains organic fertilizer(base fertilizer 10.00 kg/hm2,topdressing fertilizer 3.33 kg/hm2,both are distillers' grains organic fertilizer)and CK(base fertilizer uses tobacco special fertilizer 3.00 kg/hm2,potassium nitrate 0.33 kg/hm2,topdressing 1.67 kg/hm2),effects of distillers' grains organic fertilizer on tobacco appearance quality,chemical components and sensory quality.[Result] The tobacco appearance quality,chemical components and sensory quality of distillers' grains organic fertilizer were better than that in CK,distillers' grains organic fertilizer could effectively improve tobacco oil,and had a certain promotion effect on tobacco organization composition and degree;sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine,ratio of nitrogen to nicotine,ratio of sugar to nicotine and ratio of potassium to chlorine reached the standard of high quality tobacco.[Conclusion] Distillers' grains organic fertilizer can be applied on tobacco,and has a certain promotion effect on tobacco quality.
