摘要
[目的]研究外源喷施锌、硼肥对金山火蒜生理生化特性、产量及品质的影响.[方法]以开平金山火蒜为供试材料,共设4个处理,分别为1500、1000、500倍“福鹏”微量元素水溶肥(Zn+B≥100 g/L)、对照(清水),对金山火蒜生理生化特性、产量及品质进行定量分析.[结果]外源喷施锌、硼肥能提高金山火蒜的假茎粗、假茎长、蒜瓣数、单株重,增加叶片中光合色素的含量,增强叶片内的SOD、CAT活性提高金山火蒜产量,3个处理分别增产1.94％、17.30％、12.08％;增加金山火蒜中VC、可溶性蛋白、大蒜素的含量,其中500倍处理的VC、可溶性蛋白、大蒜素含量分别增加20.83％、15.57％、19.70％.[结论]外源喷施锌、硼肥可以提高金山火蒜产量,改善品质.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study effects of spraying zinc and boron on physiological-biochemical charactedstics,yield and quality of "Jinshan" garlic.[Method] With Kaiping "Jinshan" garlic as test materials,setting up 4 treatments:1500,1000,500 times "Fupeng" trace element water soluble fertilizer(Zn + B ≥ 100 g/L),CK(clean water),physiological-biochemical characteristics,yield and quality of "Jinshan" garlic were quantitatively analyzed.[Result] Spraying zinc and boron could improve pseudo-stem diameter,length,garlic cloves,single plant weight;increase content of photosynthetic pigments;enhance the SOD,CAT antioxidant enzyme activities in the leaves,so as to delay the leaf senescence,strengthen the plant growth and metabolism;improve yield of "Jinshan" garlic,3 treatments were increased by 1.94％,17.30％,12.08％,respectively;increase Vc,soluble protein,allicin content in 500 times treatment were respectively increased by 20.83％,15.57％,19.70％.[Conclusion] Spraying zinc and boron can improve yield and quality of "Jinshan" garlic.
