武汉市城市化与城市土地集约利用的协调性研究

摘要
基于城市化与城市土地集约利用的耦合关系,以武汉市为例,构建了城市化与城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用熵值赋权法,评价2002～2012年武汉市的城市化和城市土地集约利用水平,并采用耦合协调模型和协调发展模型测算两者之间的耦合协调度和协调发展度.结果表明,武汉市城市化与城市土地集约利用之间存在着交互耦合的关系,随着时间的推移两者之间的耦合协调关系逐渐优化,从濒临失调、勉强协调、较好协调向良好协调阶段发展,呈现出越来越协调的格局.因此,应提高城市土地集约利用水平,有序推动城市化,提升两者间的协调性,实现城市健康可持续发展.
Abstract
Based on the coupling relationship between urbanization and intensive use of urban land,evaluation index system of urbanization and urban land intensive use level was constructed with Wuhan City as the case.Entropy weighting method was used to evaluate the urbanization and urban land intensive use level of Wuhan City in 2002-2012.Coupling coordination degree and coordination degree were measured by coupling harmonious degree model and coordinate developmental model.Results showed that there was relationship of interactive coupling between urbanization and urban land intensive use level in Wuhan City.With the passage of time,the coupling coordination relationship was gradually optimized,which changed from endangered imbalance and reluctant coordination to coordination stage,showing more and more coordination pattern.Therefore,we should enhance the urban land intensive use level,orderly promote urbanization,enhance the harmony between the two,and realize the healthy and sustainable development of city.
