西北地区生态城镇规划策略研究
Planning Strategy for the Ecological Town in Northwest China

摘要
在对生态城镇理论知识进行梳理的基础上,结合西北地区生态城镇规划现状,针对西北地区恶劣的自然环境特征极大制约区域城镇的发展,并给城镇居民的生产、生活带来诸多不便的问题,指出西北地区生态城镇规划的重点是协调城镇建设与生态环境保护的关系,并从宏观、中观、微观三个层面进行分析,提出适应区域城镇发展的生态城镇规划策略,进一步指出生态城镇不仅包括生态城镇规划建设,还应包涵生态城镇的经营管理,以期促进西北地区城镇与生态环境可持续发展.
Abstract
The ecological towns theory knowledge was researched by combining with the ecological status of town planning in northwest China.The harsh natural environment characteristics of northwest China greatly restricted the development of the regional cities and towns,and brought many problems for the production and living of urban residents.The key of urban ecological planning in northwest China was to coordinate the relationship between urban construction and ecological environment protection.Analysis was carried out from macro,meso and micro views.Ecological town planning strategy was put forward suitable for the regional urban development.It was pointed out that ecological town included not only the construction of ecological town planning,but also the management of ecological town,which could promote the sustainable development of urban and ecological environment.
