摘要
针对皖南烟区烟叶收购模式现状,分析收购流程中存在的收购效率低下、收购成本偏高、质量无法追溯和信息共享方面存在的信息系统各自为政、信息系统开发落后、烟叶生产过程关键信息缺失的问题,提出了流程重组、设备升级、系统共享、现场管理和全员培训等对策和建议,以期改进收购业务流程,为相关研究提供借鉴.
Abstract
Aiming at tobacco leaf purchasing mode in tobacco-planting areas of southern Anhui Province,several problems in purchasing process were analyzed,including low efficiency and higher cost of purchasing,quality can not be traced back,information system lack of coordination,backward information system development,lack of key information on tobacco production,corresponding suggestions were proposed,such as process reengineefing,equipment upgrading,system sharing,site management and staff training,so as to perfect purchase flow,thus to provide a reference for relevant study.
