摘要
以26家云南高原特色农业企业为样本,根据2012 ～2014年的经营数据,构建具有高原农业特色的企业竞争力评价体系,运用层次分析法测算各样本企业竞争力指数,并予以分层排序.最后,综合分析得到云南高原特色农业企业竞争力的特点:整体竞争力水平偏低,企业之间发展极不均衡;企业盈利能力弱,农业产业弱质性凸显;农产品品牌化建设滞后,市场影响力弱;科技创新能力弱,产品附加价值低;企业家人力资本匮乏,现代企业治理机制不完善;企业与农户的利益联结绩效低,农户就业增收难.
Abstract
With 26 plateau characteristic agriculture enterprises in Yunnan Province as the research samples,enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system was established with the characteristics of plateau agriculture.Business competitiveness index of each sample enterprise was measured by analytic hierarchy process.And layer sorting was carried out.Finally,competitiveness characteristics of Yunnan plateau characteristic agriculture enterprise were comprehensively analyzed:The overall competitiveness level was low;the development of enterprises was extremely unequal;evaluating profitability was weak;the weak link of agricultural industry was significant;the brand-based construction of agricultural products was lagged;the market power and scientific innovation ability were poor;the product added value was low;entrepreneur human capital was lacked;the modern corporate governance mechanism was imperfect;the interests between enterprises and farmers were low;and the farmers could hardly be employed or increase their income.
