宣城市国有林场改革思路与发展对策

摘要
针对宣城市国有林场基本现状,分析了当前存在的主要问题,提出了国有林场改革要以明确功能定位为基础,以改善民生为重点,以强化森林资源管理为核心,以创新机制为手段,以建设现代国有林场为目标的总体改革思路和发展对策,以期扎实推进国有林场建设,实现林场又好又快发展.
Abstract
According to the current status of state-owned forest farms in Xuancheng City,we analyzed the existing main problems,pointed out that reform of state-owned forest farms should be based on the specific function orientation.Construction of state-owned forest farms was implemented with improving people's livelihood as the key point,strengthening forest resource management as the core,and innovation mechanism as the means,so as to realize the good and fast development of forest farm.
