摘要
针对新疆葡萄残枝产量大、利用率低、传统焚烧易污染环境等问题,结合传统秸秆粉碎机的结构及葡萄枝条的力学特性,设计一种新型的“刨削+粉碎”相结合的枝条粉碎机,重点确定了葡萄残枝粉碎机的切削机构、粉碎机构、传动机构等关键机构,并进行了粉碎试验.试验结果表明,该葡萄残枝粉碎机生产率为800 kg/h,用筛分法得出粒度在1~5 mm的占比为73.63%,主要性能指标达到设计要求.
Abstract
Due to the large output of grape debris,the low utilization ratio and the environmental pollution by traditional burning in Xinjiang,we designed a new branch pulverizer combining planing with grinding,based on the mechanical property of grape branch and the structure of traditional straw pulverizer.The cutting mechanism,crushing mechanism and transmission mechanism of grape debris pulverizer were determined.Crushing test was carried out.Research results showed that the productivity of grape branch debris pulverizer was 800 kg/h;the 1-5 mm particle size by sieving method accounted for 73.63%;and the main performance index reached the design requirements.
