摘要
介绍了将综合测试台改造为可检测5.4mm直径细支卷烟的方法.在原设备的基础上,重新设计加工了送料斗、圆周长度单元、吸阻通风度单元、硬度单元的部分零部件.改造后的综合测试台可满足测量5.4mm直径细支卷烟及滤棒的检测需求,具有一定的推广应用价值.
Abstract
We introduced the method to detect 5.4 mm fine cigarettes by integrated test stand.Based on the original equipment,some components of feeding funnel,circumferential length unit,hardness unit and ventilation unit were designed again.After transformation,integrated test stand could meet the requirements of measuring 5.4 mm fine cigarettes and filter stick.
