摘要

[目的]研究烟叶伸长率与主要化学成分的相关性,寻求更简便的初步判定烟叶主要化学成分含量的方法.[方法]测定3个烤烟品种不同部位、不同烤法、不同等级66份烤烟样品的伸长率和主要化学成分,对二者进行相关性分析.[结果]烤烟伸长率与总氮呈现极显著正相关,与糖碱比、还原糖呈极显著负相关,与氮碱比、总糖含量呈显著负相关,与钾、烟碱、淀粉含量的相关性不显著.[结论]通过测定烟叶伸长率能初步判定其化学成分含量.

Abstract

[Objective] To research the correlation between elongation and main chemical component of tobacco leaves,and to find a method to detect the content of main chemical component.[Method] The elongation rate and main chemical composition of different parts of 66 fluecured tobacco samples were detected,which were at different grades and obtained by different baking methods.Correlation analysis was carried out.[Result] Elongation rate of flue-cured tobacco showed extremely positive correlation with total nitrogen,had had extremely significant negative correlation with sugar-nicotine ratio and reducing sugar,showed significant negative correlation with nitrogen-nicotine ratio and total sugar content,and had no significant correlation with the contents of potassium,nicotine and starch.[Conclusion] Detecting the elongation rate of tobacco leaves can preliminarily determine the content of chemical composition.
