摘要

[目的]探索金银花植株夏季凋萎的原因及解决对策.[方法]采用实地抽样方法调查土壤养分含量、金银花品种、树龄、病虫发生程度、季节对金银花夏季凋萎枯枝率的影响,并通过凋萎防控试验提出夏季凋萎的防控对策.[结果]随着土壤中有机质含量升高,金银花夏季凋萎枯枝率降低;毛花柱忍冬的夏季植株凋萎枯枝率最高,其次为华南忍冬,红腺忍冬夏季植株凋萎枯枝率最低;金银花植株夏季凋萎枯枝率与白粉病病情指数相关性达显著水平;各季节金银花植株凋萎枯枝率从高到低排列是夏、秋、冬、春,其中毛花柱忍冬夏季凋萎枯枝率高达97.95%.[结论]在调查分析金银花植株夏季凋萎症状表现、发生原因的基础上,提出了种植抗病力强的品种;开花前和采花后及时使用低毒药剂防治蚜虫、金银花尺蠖和白粉病;采花后及时剪除枯枝和老弱枝条;秋、冬季采用有机肥与三元复合肥配施等防控植株夏季凋萎的对策.

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to explore reasons and solufions for Lonicerae japonica withering in summer.[Method] By using field sampling method,effects of soil nutrients content,varieties,tree ages,occurrence degree of plant diseases and pests,seasons on deadwood rate were investigated,countermeasures for preventing summer withering were proposed.[Result] With increase of organic matter content in soil,deadwood rate was decreased; the order of deadwood was L.dasystyla > L.confusa > L.hypoglauca ; deadwood rate of L.japonica withering in summer was significantly correlated with powdery mildew disease index; the order of deadwood rate of L.japonica in the whole year was summer > autumn > winter > spring,deadwood rate of L.dasystyla withering in summer was up to 97.95%.[Conclusion] On the basis of investigating withering symptom and causes,countermeasures for preventing summer withering were proposed:cultivating varieties with strong resistance to disease; applying low toxic reagent before flowering and after picking to control aphid,inchworm,powdery mildew; timely cutting off deadwood and weak branches; using organic fertilizer and Sanyuan compound fertilizer in autumn and winter.
