摘要
Dof(DNA Binding with one finger)转录因子是植物特有的一类转录因子,在植物生长发育过程中扮演重要作用,如种子萌发、光响应、贮藏蛋白积累、生物胁迫、碳氮代谢等.介绍了Dof转录因子的结构,并综述了其对植物的调控作用,以期为Dof转录因子的进一步研究提供理论依据.
Abstract
Dof transcription factor is a kind of plant specific transcription factor.Dof transcription factor plays an important role in plant growth and development,such as seed germination,light response,storage protein accumulation,biological stress,carbon and nitrogen metabolism and so on.The structure of Dof transcription factor was elaborated,as well as its regulation effect on plants,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further stndy of Dof transcription factor.
