灰色系统理论(GM1.1)和莱斯里动态转移方程在估算森林资源数据中的应用——以2010年辽宁省森林数据为例

摘要
[目的]解决林业数据缺失的问题,保证辽宁省“十二五”期间征占用林地年度定额科学编制.[方法]运用灰色系统理论(GM1.1)方法和莱斯里动态转移方程方法估算辽宁省2010年森林资源数据.[结果]2010年,辽宁省森林面积按照灰色系统理论(GM1.1)估算结果为548.115 7万hrm2,用莱斯里动态转移方程估算结果为550.762 0万hm2,2种方法估算的结果比较接近.[结论]两种估算方法相互论证,保证了估算结果的准确性,有效地解决了编制方案规划中基础数据不全的问题,为科学合理地确定辽宁省林地可供给量与森林保有量提供了数据支撑.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to solve the problem of forestry data missing and ensure that the annual quota of forest land occupied during the period of "12th Five-Year" in Liaoning Province was scientifically compiled.[Method] Using grey system theory(GM1.1) and Leslie dynamic transfer equation,forest resource data in Liaoning Province in 2010 was estimated.[Result] In 2010,the estimated forest area in Liaoning Province according to grey system theory(GM1.1) was 5 481.157 thousand hm2,forest area estimated by Leslie dynamic transfer equation was 5 507.620 thousand hm2.The results of the two methods were quite close.[Conclusion] Two methods are proved to ensure the accuracy of estimation results,effectively solve the problem of data missing in program planning,which provides data support for scientific and reasonable determination of forest land supply and reserves in Liaoning Province.
