摘要
结合云南文山州富宁县农村土地确权工作实践,对此次土地确权的主要调查内容、地籍底图的数据库确定方法、土地权属实地调查步骤、测绘技术精度控制等进行了较为全面的探讨,总结得出此次农村土地确权工作经验:政府部门的全力配合是完成农村土地确权工作的基础;工作细致、认真和多次复核是做好该项工作的要求;要让各级政府、村民充分认识农村土地确权的重要意义.对云南文山州富宁县农村土地确权工作的实例探讨,可为西南边远山区其他县区的土地确权工作提供经验参考.
Abstract
Combined with rural land ownership registration practice in Funing County,Wenshan Prefecture,Yunnan Province,the main investigation content,determination method of cadastral map database,field survey steps of land ownership,precision control of surveying and mapping technology were comprehensively discussed,the working experience of rural land ownership registration were summarized as following:full cooperation of government departments is the basic work of land ownership registration; meticulous work,careful and repeated review are demands to do this job ; let the governments at all levels and villagers to fully understand the significance of rural land ownership registration.The case of rural land registration in Funing County was discussed,which will provide reference for land registration work in remote mountainous area in Southwest China.
