杭州市三江两岸绿道体系建设问题与对策研究

摘要
针对杭州市三江两岸绿道体系整体建设存在进度较缓,干线及支线绿道网络建设有待跟进,各县区对接区段贯通难度较大,部分精品段建设成效不够明显,配套设施不完善或未达标等问题,从资源禀赋、资金投入、机构设置和宣传推广等方面,剖析问题产生的根源,并从协调体系、融资体系、品牌体系、运营体系、建设推进体系和配套体系等方面提出具体对策,以期加快推进杭州三江两岸绿道体系建设,为杭州国际旅游城市建设和旅游西进战略的实施提供支撑.
Abstract
There were several problems in the greenway system of "Three Rivers and Two Sites" in Hangzhou City,such as relatively slow overall construction,incomplete main line and branch line greenway network construction,great difficulty in section cutthrough of docking areas in counties and districts,not enough construction effects of some high-quality sections,and incomplete auxiliary facilities.Sources of these problems were analyzed from the aspects of resource endowment,capital investment,institution setting and propagate extension.Countermeasures were put forward from six aspects of coordination system,financing system,brand system,operation system,construction promotion system and supporting system,which accelerated the construction of greenway system of "Three Rivers and Two Sites" in Hangzhou City,and provided support for the construction of international tourism city and the implementation of west travel strategy.
