《劳动合同法》视角下的高校教师人事制度改革

摘要
随着中国市场经济体制的日益完善,在中国走向创新型国家的发展过程中,高校教师的人事制度问题越来越受到人们的瞩目.目前,我国高校教师人事制度改革正处于关键时期.不同的高校在教师人事制度改革中呈现出不同的特点,但都应注意抓住几个共性的关键问题,即找到高校人事制度改革的局限性,分析高校人事制度改革的困惑,总结出高校人事制度改革的对策与建议.
Abstract
As China's market economic system has become more and more perfect,in the development process of China to the innovation oriented country,the personnel system of university teachers has attracted more and more attention.At present,the reform of the personnel system of university teachers in China is in a critical period.Different colleges and universities present various characteristics in the reform of the personnel system of teachers,but we should pay attention to several common issues:finding out limitations of the reform,analyzing the dilemma,summarizing countermeasures and suggestions.
