摘要
[目的]研究红皮云杉多酚的抗肿瘤效果.[方法]采用动物试验法,将S180细胞注射进小鼠体内,通过测定抑瘤率和免疫指标,分析其抗肿瘤效果.[结果]环磷酰胺的抑瘤率为73.20％,高剂量红皮云杉多酚的抑瘤率为61.31％,但环磷酰胺对机体免疫器官和抗氧化能力有不良影响,而红皮云杉多酚对免疫器官具有保护作用,并可以明显提高机体的抗氧化能力.[结论]红皮云杉多酚有显著的抗肿瘤作用,且安全性好.
Abstract
[Objective] To study the anti-tumor activity of polyphenol from Picea koraiensis Nakai.[Method] S180 cell was injected into the mice.The anti-tumor effects were analyzed by detecting the anti-tumor rate and immune index.[Result] The anti-tumor rate of cyclophosphamide (CTX) was 73.2％,that of high-dosage P.koraiensis polyphenol was 61.31％.However,CTX had harmful effects on the body's immune organs and oxidation resistance.And P.koraiensis polyphenol showed protection effects on immune organs and could significantly enhance the activity of antioxidant.[Conclusion] P.koraiensis polyphenol is safe and has significant anti-tumor effects.
