摘要
阐述了单倍体诱导技术在玉米育种中的应用优势、单倍体的诱导机理和遗传规律、玉米单倍体育种技术的必要环节以及国内的利用现状,同时讨论了目前单倍体技术应用的局限性和困难,并展望了该技术在鲜食玉米育种中利用的可能.
Abstract
We introduced the application advantage of haploid technology in maize breeding,induced mechanism and genetic regularity of haploid,necessary link for haploid breeding technology of maize,and the utilization status in China.At the same time,the limitations and difficulties of haploid technology application were discussed.The possibility of using this technology in the breeding of fresh edible maize was forecasted.
