外源物质处理对烟叶内源激素含量的影响

摘要
[目的]研究外源物质处理对烟叶内源激素含量的影响,为今后调控烟株内源激素含量和物质代谢情况奠定基础.[方法]通过水培试验研究外源物质对打顶后烟株叶片IAA、ZR、ABA和GA3含量的影响.[结果]打顶后使用Put和JA处理,增加了烟叶IAA和GA3含量的降低幅度,且Put的效果更明显;打顶后,烟叶ABA含量增加,喷施Put和JA后烟叶ABA含量进一步增加,且喷施JA处理效果更明显;打顶处理与其他处理相比,烟叶ZR含量增加,但增幅不大.[结论]外源物质可以调节打顶烟株内源激素的含量,且不同外源物质调节效果不同.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study effects of exogenous plant growth regulators on the content of endogenous hormones in the leaves of flue-cured tobacco,and lay a foundation for regulating endogenous hormones content and material metabolism.[Method] A water-culture experiment was conducted to study the effects of exogenous plant growth regulators on the content of IAA,ZR,ABA and GA3 in the leaves of flue-cured tobacco.[Result] Experimental results showed that the contents of IAA and GA3 decreased by topping and the decline rate increased after spraying Put and JA,the better effect was Put;after spraying Put and JA,there had an improvement in ABA content,the better effect was spraying JA;the ZR content also increased in some way,but the increasing rate was little.[Conclusion] Exogenous substances can adjust endogenous hormones content in tobacco leaves after topping,different substances have various adjustment effects.
