水产类复合应用型人才协同育人模式的设计与实践

摘要
应现代水产业转型升级对复合应用型人才的需求,开展政产学研协同育人是高等教育人才培养模式改革的必然趋势.研究分析了协同育人的必要性,基于产业发展与学科特色,分析了广东海洋大学协同育人的思路与模式,介绍了“12555”协同育人模式,旨在培育专业理论扎实,实践能力过硬,创新创业能力强的水产类复合应用型人才,为产业发展提供人才保障与智力支持.
Abstract
Aiming at the demands of modern aquaculture transformation and upgrading on compound applied talents,carrying out collaborative education is the inevitable trend of the reform of higher education personnel training mode.The necessity of collaborative education was studied.Based on industry development and discipline features,the idea and mode of collaborative education in Guangdong Ocean University was analyzed,"12555" mode was introduced,the aim was to cultivate talents with solid professional theory,practical ability and innovation ability,thus to provide talent security and intellectual support for industry development.
