摘要

[目的]优化卷烟制丝关键工序的工艺参数,提高卷烟卷制质量和感官质量.[方法]选取制丝关键工序中对卷烟感官质量和卷制质量影响较大的参数:松散回潮热风温度、切丝宽度、叶丝回潮出口含水率、烘丝机物料流量,采用正交试验研究了其对卷烟感官质量和卷制质量的影响.[结果]分析表明,在试验范围内,松散回潮热风温度对卷烟单支重量有显著影响,烘丝机物料流量、叶丝回潮出口含水率、松散回潮热风温度对卷烟感官质量有显著的影响.优化得出卷烟制丝关键工序适宜的工艺参数为松散回潮热风温度为65℃,切丝宽度为1.00 mm,叶丝回潮出口含水率为18.50%,烘丝机物料流量为2 400 kg/h.[结论]研究可为卷烟企业优化制丝工艺参数,提高卷烟品质提供参考依据.

Abstract

[Objective] To optimize the primary processing parameters in cigarette production,and to improve the cigarette smoking and manufacturing quality.[Method] The primary processing parameters were selected.which bad relatively great impacts on cigarette smoking and manufacturing quality,which were hot air temperature of the loosening and conditioning,cut width,material flow of drying machine,and moisture content of cut tobacco resurgence.Cigarette smoking and manufacturing quality were researched by orthogonal test.[Result] In the test range,the hot air temperature of the loosening and conditioning had a significant influence on the weight of single cigarettes.And the material flow of drying machine,the moisture content of cut tobacco resurgence,the hot air temperature of the loosening and conditioning had significant effects on the cigarette smoking quality.The optimized technical parameters were as follows:65 ℃ hot air temperature of the loosening and conditioning,1.00 mm cut width,18.50% moisture content of cut tobacco resurgence,and 2 400 kg/h material flow of drying machine.[Conclusion] This research provides references for the enhancement of cigarette smoking and manufacturing quality of cigarette enterprises.
