高致病性猪蓝耳病疫苗对猪瘟和蓝耳病抗体水平的影响

摘要
[目的]研究高致病性猪蓝耳病(High pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,HP-PRRS)疫苗对猪瘟(Classical swine fever,CSF)和猪蓝耳病(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)抗体水平的影响.[方法]采用ELISA方法检测3个猪场248份血清的猪瘟(CSF)和猪蓝耳病(PRRS)抗体,并对CSF抗体阻断率和PRRS抗体的S/P值进行多重比较.[结果]猪场A(没有免疫HP-PRRS疫苗)、猪场B和猪场C(都免疫HP-PRRS毒株JXA-1R疫苗)全群猪的CSF抗体阳性率分别为94.29%、53.93%和66.29%,其PRRS抗体阳性率分别为42.86%、91.01%和82.02%.猪场A、C母猪和全群猪的CSF抗体阻断率极显著高于猪场B(P<0.01);猪场A的育肥猪和全群猪的CSF抗体阻断率显著高于猪场C.猪场B的母猪、后备母猪、育肥猪、全群猪PRRS抗体S/P值极显著高于猪场A、C(P<0.01),猪场C的育肥猪、全群猪PRRS抗体S/P值显著高于猪场A(P <0.05).[结论]免疫HP-PRRS毒株JXA-1R疫苗可能引起猪群CSF抗体水平降低,PRRS抗体水平提高.
Abstract
[Objective] To research the effects of high pathogenicporcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (HP-PRRS) vaccine on serum antibody level of classical swine fever (CSF) and PRRS.[Method] The CSF and PRRS serum antibody of 248 pigs from three herds were detected by CSF and PRRS antibody ELISA kit;and the multiple comparisons of blocking rate of CSF antibody (BRCA) and PRRS S/P value were analyzed by LSD program of IBM SPSS statistics software.[Result] The positive percent rates of CSF antibody in herds A (without HP-PRRS vac-cine),B and C (with HP-PRRS JXA-1R vaccine both) were 94.29%,53.93% and 66.29%,respectively.And the positive percent rates of PRRS antibody were 42.86%,91.01%,82.02%,respectively.The BRCA of sows and all pigs in herds A and C were higher than herd B (P < 0.01),and that of finishing and all pigs in herd A were higher than herd C (P <0.01 and P <0.05,respectively).The PRRS S/P value of sows,gilts,finishing and all pigs in herd B were higher than herd A and C (P <0.01),and that of finishing and all pigs in herd C were higher than herd A (P < 0.05).[Conclusion] The CSF serum antibody level is remarkably downgraded and the PRRS antibody raised by HP-PRRS JXA-1R vaccine.
