灵芝有效成分提取及药理活性研究进展

摘要
概述了灵芝主要有效成分的提取方法以及药理功能,灵芝含有丰富的生物活性物质,如灵芝三萜化合物、灵芝多糖、蛋白质、生物碱等,这些有效成分都具有广泛的生物活性和药用价值,如抗肿瘤、抗衰老、降血糖血脂、提高免疫力等,这些研究为灵芝作为保健品和药品等方面的研发和利用提供理论依据.
Abstract
The extraction method and pharmacological functions of main effective compounds from Ganoderma lucidum were reviewed.G.lucidum contains abundant biological active substances,such as Ganoderma triterpenoids,Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide,protein,alkaloid and so on.These bioactive compounds have a wide range of biological activities and medicinal value including anti-tumor,anti-aging,loweringblood sugar and blood fat,improving immunity.These studies provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of G.lucidum as health care products and drugs.
