摘要
[目的]明确香蕉假茎象甲雌雄成虫触角感受器的超微结构、类型和分布.[方法]利用环境扫描电镜观察香蕉假茎象甲触角感受器的外部形态、类型及分布情况.[结果]该虫触角上感器类型多样,数量众多,雌雄成虫触角上均有5类12种感受器,包括6种毛形感受器、3种刺形感受器、1种锥形感受器、1种芽孢感受器和1种瓶形感受器.该虫触角上感器分布集中,以鞭节中上部最多,柄节腹面次之,梗节最少.[结论]触角感受器的类型在雌雄个体之间无明显差异,感受器的分布却存在性二型现象.
Abstract
[Objective] Ultra-structure,types and distribution of antenna sensillas of male and female Odoiporus longicollis were observed.[Method] The external form,types and distribution of antennae sensillas of O.longicollis were observed by using environmental scanning electron microscope.[Result]The results showed that there were 5 types 12 kinds of sensillas on the antennae of both males and females,including 6 kinds of sensilla trichodeas,3 kinds of sensilla chaeticas,1 kind of sensilla basiconcas,sensilla gemmiformium and sensilla doleiform.The order of sensilla distribution on antenna was upper part of flagellum＞ segmental venter of scape ＞ pedicellus.[Conclusion] There is no obvious difference of antenna sensilla among males and females.
