摘要
为了坚持最严格的耕地特别是基本农田保护制度,强化土地用途管制,促进节约集约用地,在云浮市土地利用总体规划(2006-2020年)调整完善工作实践的基础上,介绍了土地利用总体规划调整完善工作的流程,根据调查规划的实施情况,明确了规划目标和保障措施的落实情况,进一步落实可调整的建设用地规模和分布,并将经济社会发展用地需求落实到调研底图上,提供用地布局调整方案,为科学、合理开展云浮市土地利用总体规划调整完善工作提供决策依据.
Abstract
To adhere to the strictest arable land,especially basic farmland,protection system,to strengthen the land use control,and to promote the economical and intensive land use,the process of adjustment and improvement work of land use overall planning was introduced based on the adjustment and improvement working practice of land use overall plan (2006-2020) in Yunfu City.According to the implementation situation of investigation plan,we made clear the implementation situation of planning target and supporting measure,and further implemented the adjustable constructive land scale and distribution.Land use demand for economic and social development was implemented into research base map.Land use layout scheme was adjusted in order to provide decision basis for the adjustment and improvement work of land use overall plan in Yunfu City.
