摘要
同一乡镇范围内村庄建设用地布局调整规划创新性地探索了村庄建设用地布局和农村建设用地“减量化”的新方法,缓解建设用地供需矛盾的同时改善了农民的生活水平.该研究以泰兴市虹桥镇试点工作为例,探讨了江苏省同一乡镇范围内村庄建设用地布局调整的政策、工作成效以及存在的问题,从强化行政手段、经济手段、技术手段等方法提出了保证规划顺利实施的对策建议.
Abstract
Village construction land layout adjustment within the same scope of township explored the innovative method of the quantity reduction of rural construction land layout and rural construction land,alleviated the contradiction between supply and demand of construction land,and improved the standard of peasants' lives.Pilot work in Hongqiao Town of Taixing City was researched.Problems,policies and work achievements of village construction land layout adjustment within the same scope of township were discussed.Countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of administrative means,economic means and technology means in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan.
