农村欠发达地区老人“养老更难”问题研究

摘要
基于我国农村欠发达地区人口进入快速老龄化阶段的现状,分析农村欠发达地区解决“养老更难”问题的必然要求及存在的主要问题、成因,提出通过积极推动当地经济的快速发展、完善当地的社会养老保障体系与提高社会保障水平、推动当地的文化教育事业发展、发挥当地党委和政府的领导与主导作用的解决策略,以期有针对性地、系统性地破解“养老更难”问题.
Abstract
Based on the current situation of China's rural population entering the rapid aging stage,the necessity of solving the problem of more difficult for endowment in undeveloped rural areas and main existing problems,causes were analyzed.Several strategies were proposed including positively promoting local economic rapid development,perfecting social security system for the aged,promoting cultural and educational development,developing the leading role of the local party committee and government,so as to solve pension more difficult problem accordingly and systematically.
