北京市顺义区科技与经济社会协调发展评价
Evaluation of the Coordinated Development between the Economic Society and the Science and Technology in Shunyi District

摘要
首先构建科技竞争力和经济社会发展2套评价指标体系,对北京市顺义区综合科技竞争力和经济社会发展分别进行评价;然后运用科技进步与经济社会协调发展评价模型,测算顺义区科技进步与经济社会发展的协调发展度并分析其趋势变化.结果表明:2009～2013年,顺义区科技进步与经济社会发展的综合评价值逐年提高,但是相对于经济社会发展水平,科技进步水平有些滞后;在协调发展状态方面,由严重失调到中度失调再到轻度失调状态,说明顺义区科技对经济社会的支撑作用逐步增强.
Abstract
Firstly,we established two evaluation index systems of the science and technology competitiveness and the economic and social development,and evaluated the comprehensive science and technology competitiveness and the economic society development in Shunyi District of Beijing City.Then,we used the evaluation model of the coordinated development between scientific and technological progress and economic society,measured the coordination degree of scientific and technological progress and economic society in Shunyi District and analyzed its trend change.Results showed that the comprehensive evaluation value of scientific and technological progress and economic society in Shunyi District gradually enhanced from 2009 to 2013.However,scientific and technological progress level lagged compared with the level of economic society development.In the aspect of coordinated development state,serious imbalance changed to moderate imbalance,and then to slight imbalance,indicating that the support of scientific and technological progress to economic society gradually enhanced in Shunyi District.
