农村群体性事件的因果机制及对策研究

摘要
结合我国处于经济转型升级与社会结构深度调整时期的现状,针对社会矛盾与冲突加剧、农村正成为群体性事件多发地的问题,从社会背景、地方政府、农民自身三个方面分析农村群体性事件的因果机制,提出综合社会治理、加强地方政府建设、提高农民法律意识与自组织化程度的解决对策,以期有效解决农村群体性事件的发生,缓解农村社会矛盾与冲突,实现农村社会的和谐稳定.
Abstract
According to the current status of the social structure adjustment and the economic transformation and upgrading,causal mechanism of rural group events was analyzed from three aspects of social background,local government and peasants,since the social conflicts intensified and the rural areas became the area of mass incidents.Countermeasures to solve the rural group events were put forward,such as integrating social governance,strengthening the construction of local government,enhancing the legal consciousness and organization degree of farmers.This research aimed to effectively solving the occurrence of rural group event,alleviating the social conflicts if rural areas,and realizing the harmony and stability of rural society.
