摘要
结合内蒙古科尔沁区设施农业发展现状,针对设施农业发展中存在的专业合作能力差、布局分散、土地流转难、投入资金高的问题,提出发展专业合作组织、培育规模化生产基地、扩大生产规模、合理流转土地、加大资金投入力度的改进措施,以期有效促进设施农业发展,增强农业综合生产能力.
Abstract
Combining with the development status of facility agriculture in Horqin District of Inner Mongolia,problems in the development of facility agriculture were put forward,such as poor professional cooperative ability,scattered distribution of facility agriculture,difficulty in land transfer and high capital input.Countermeasures were put forward,including developing specialized cooperative organization,cultivating largescale production base,expanding the production scale,implementing reasonable land circulation,and increasing capital input.This research aimed to effectively promoting the development of facility agriculture,and enhancing the agricultural comprehensive productive capacity.
