日本国立大学去文科化动态及对我国高校教改的启示

摘要
2015年日本正式开启国立高校去文科化的改革步伐,一时间引起国立高校强烈反响和舆论大哗.笔者通过回顾日本国立高校改革历程以及对于日本社会、经济等背景的分析认为:日本国立高校去文科化改革与日本的经济持续低迷,少子化导致的生源不足,“公理私文”及日本高校文科专业本身设置的问题有关;而目前我国的少子化现象已经出现,经济增长相对放缓,这些现象与日本有些类似,因此笔者认为日本的高校教改对中国高校也有借鉴意义,宜早未雨绸缪.
Abstract
The pace of cutting arts in national universities of Japan is beginning formally in 2015,which causes a strong rebound in national universities and an uproar in the public immediately.By reviewing the reform history of Japanese national universities and analyzing the Japanese background in society and economy,this article draw a conclusion that the reform about cutting arts is related to Japan's economic downturn,fewer children leading to fewer students,"science in public college and arts in private college" and problems of liberal arts majors in Japanese Universities.Then,the phenomenon of low birth rate in China has appeared and economic growth is relatively slow.There are many similar backgrounds with Japan in China,so reform of Japan is useful and we should take precautions.
