摘要

以科学发展观和马克思主义为哲学基础,针对豫北地区水资源短缺影响冬小麦生产的现状,以高产、高效和可持续发展为目的,研发既注重高产又强调节水的新型农作技术.生产实践表明,豫北地区的冬小麦新型农作节水技术能够大幅提高冬小麦产量和水分利用效率,值得在相似生态区推广.

Abstract

Based on the scientific development concept and Marxist philosophy,current status of water shortage in northern Henan Province was researched which affected the production of winter wheat.New agronomic water-saving and high-yield technology system for winter wheat was studied with the objectives of high output,high efficiency and sustainable development.Production practice showed that the new agronomic technology system for winter wheat in northern Henan Province could significantly enhance the wheat yield and water use efficiency,which was worth popularizing in similar areas.
