利用黄姜渣和烟秆代料栽培黑木耳初探

摘要
[目的]研究利用黄姜渣和烟秆代料栽培黑木耳可行性及添加比例.[方法]利用不同比例的黄姜渣和烟秆替代常规培养料中的木屑栽培黑木耳,从菌丝生长和产量两个方面对栽培材料进行综合评价.[结果]培养料中添加20％和30％黄姜渣时,黑木耳菌丝长势与常规配方栽培相当,产量有小幅提高.培养料中添加烟秆时,黑木耳菌丝长势较弱,产量与常规配方栽培相比下降幅度明显.[结论]黄姜渣可替代部分木屑栽培黑木耳,利用烟秆栽培黑木耳有待于进一步验证.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to demonstrate the feasibility and addition ratio of using Dioscorea zingiberensis residue and tobacco stems to cultivate Auricularia auricular-judae.[Method] Auricularia auricular-judae was cultivated on a series of substrates in which sawdust were replaced with different amount of Dioscorea zingiberensis residue and tobacco stems.Comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of Dioscorea zingiberensis residue and tobacco stems used to cultivate Auricularia auricular-judae based on mycelial growth and the yield.[Result] When adding 20％ and 30％ Dioscorea zingiberensis residue into the substrates,the mycelium growth of the Auricularia auricular-judae was comparable with that of the conventional formula,and the yield was increased slightly.Mycelial growth was slowly and the yield decreased while tobacco stems were added to substrates.[Conclusion] Dioscorea zingiberensis residue can be used to cultivate Auricularia auricular-judae,and using tobacco stems to cultivate Auricularia auricular-judae needs further research.
