摘要

[目的]提高黄瓜穴盘育苗质量,筛选出合适的育苗基质.[方法]将蚯蚓粪与珍珠岩按不同体积配比作为穴盘育苗基质,研究蚯蚓粪珍珠岩复合基质对黄瓜出苗率、株高、茎粗、根长、开展度、壮苗指数、干重与鲜重的影响.[结果]蚯蚓粪珍珠岩复合基质对黄瓜育苗效果优于草炭与珍珠岩混合基质,当蚯蚓粪与珍珠岩体积比为2∶1时,出苗率达95.33%,幼苗生长后期,株高、茎粗、开展度、地上部鲜重与干重、地下部鲜重与干重、壮苗指数分别高于对照组26.29%、80.21%、60.32%、122.73%、68.19%、39.64%、66.93%、82.87%.[结论]不同配比蚯蚓粪珍珠岩复合基质对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响均优于草炭与珍珠岩混合基质,且蚯蚓粪与珍珠岩体积比为2∶1的复合基质对黄瓜的育苗效果最佳.

Abstract

[Objective] To improve the quality and to select the substrates suitable for cucumber seeding.[Method] Different volume ratios of vermicompost and perlite were used as plug seeding substrates,so as to study the effects of vermicompos compound substrate on the emergence rate,plant height,stem diameter,crown,root length,healthy index,fresh and dry weight.[Result] Vermicompost compound substrate was superior to general substrates (turf and perlite) in effect,it was the best when the volume ratio of vennicompost and perlite was 2∶1;the emergence rate reached 95.33%.The plant height,stem diameter,crown,over ground fresh and dry weight,under ground fresh and dry weight and healthy index were 26.29%,80.21%,60.32%,122.73%,68.19%,39.64%,66.93% and 82.87% higher than CK,respectively,at the late seedling growth.[Conclusion] Effects of vermicompost and perlite compound substrates on cucumber seedling growth are superior to general substrates (turf and perlite).The effects on cucumber seedling growth are the optimal when the ratio of vermicompost and perlite is 2:1.
