摘要

[目的]研究铜胁迫对玉米幼苗生长的影响.[方法]采用室内培养方法,研究不同铜浓度及胁迫时间下玉米幼苗株高、发芽率、发芽势、叶绿素含量以及可溶性糖含量的变化.[结果]低浓度下(0 ~ 100 mg/kg)铜对玉米萌发有促进作用,高浓度铜对玉米萌发有抑制效应;低浓度的铜对幼苗株高生长短期有影响,随着幼苗的生长影响不显著.铜胁迫可使玉米幼苗可溶性糖含量减少;短时间内低浓度铜对植株叶绿素的合成具有促进作用,但随着胁迫时间的延长和铜浓度的增加,叶绿素的含量呈下降趋势.[结论]该研究可为深入了解重金属对作物生长发育的影响提供参考.

Abstract

[Objective] To research the effects of copper stress on seedling growth of corn.[Method] Indoor cultivation method was used to research the effects of copper concentration and stress time on the plant height,germination rate,germination potential,chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content.[Result] Under low concentration (0-100 mg/kg),copper promoted the corngermination.Copper at high concentration restricted the germination of com.Copper at low concentration affected the seedling height in short time,but showed no significnat impacts with the growth of seedling.Heavy metal copper has inhibitory effects on the growth of corn seedlings.Copper stress reduced the soluble sugar content of seedlings,and promotes the chloroplast synthesis in short time.However,with the prolong of stress time and the increase of copper concentration,chlorophyll content showed a downward trend.[Conclusion] This research provides references for the further research on the effects of heavy metal on crop growth.
