摘要
对食用菌菌糠用于食用菌栽培、肥料、饲料、新型能源和吸附剂等方面的研究进行概述,提出其再利用时存在的问题,并对菌糠综合利用的前景提出展望.
Abstract
We summarized the researches on the application of spent mushroom substrates in edible fungus cultivation,fertilizer,livestock feeding,new energy,adsorbent and so on.Some existing problems were proposed;and the prospect of comprehensive utilization of spent mushroom substrates was forecasted.
