摘要
概述了药用菊花连作障碍对菊花生长的影响、连作障碍产生的原因、菊花连作障碍缓解措施的研究进展.连作对药用菊花生长发育产生明显的影响,主要表现在植株发育不良、产量和品质下降,严重影响了菊花产业可持续发展.引起药用菊花连作障碍的因素主要有土壤微生物群落失衡、土壤酶活性的变化、土壤中营养元素失调以及菊花分泌物的自毒作用等.进行轮作换茬、增施生物有机肥料、采取嫁接措施及使用微生物菌剂和土壤调理剂对缓解菊花连作障碍均有一定的效果.进一步探明菊花连作障碍产生的因素,特别是土壤微生物群落的改变和菊花自身分泌化感物质的自毒作用与菊花生育以及引起障碍其他因子之间的相互关系,是从根本上消除菊花连作障碍的基础,也是未来菊花连作障碍研究的重点之一.
Abstract
Effects of continuous cropping obstacles on the growth of medicinal chrysanthemum were reviewed,as well as the research progress of the cause of continuous cropping obstacles,mitigation measure for continuous cropping obstacles of medicinal chrysanthemum.Continuous cropping had significant impacts on the growth of medicinal chrysanthemum,mainly including the unhealthy development of plant,and decline in yield and quality,which seriously affected the sustainable development of the chrysanthemum industry.Reasons causing the continuous cropping obstacle of medicinal chrysanthemum included soil microbial community imbalance,soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient changes and chrysanthemum allelopathic autotoxicity.Methods that could relief the chrysanthemum continuous cropping obstacle were as follows:crop rotation,increasing the application of organic manure,grafting and using microorganism and soil conditioner.Further studies were carried out on the causes of chrysanthemum continuous cropping obstacle,especially the relationship of soil microbial community changes and chrysanthemum allelopathic autotoxicity with chrysanthemum growth and other factors,which was the foundation to eliminate chrysanthemum continuous cropping obstacle,and one of the research focuses of chrysanthemum continuous cropping obstacle in future.
