摘要
根据东港市未利用地的现状和特点,分析了未利用地开发对生态环境的正面影响和负面影响,从生态保育区、农业发展区、建设利用区等3个方面提出了生态优先的未利用地开发模式.
Abstract
According to the status and features of unused land in Donggang City,the positive and negative effects of unused land development on eco-environment were analyzed,the ecological priority unused land development mode was proposed from three aspects of ecological conservation area,agricultural development area,construction and utilization area.
