摘要
基于国内外天气指数保险的发展、推行与研究现状,针对传统农业保险的缺陷和不足,明确天气指数保险的概念,对比国内外天气指数发展经验,在已有理论和实践的基础上,为我国天气指数保险的发展提供建议,以期在一定程度上转移天气灾害风险、弥补农业经济损失.
Abstract
Based on the development,practice,research status of weather index insurance at home and abroad,aiming at the defects and deficiencies of traditional agricultural insurance,the concept of weather index insurance was determined,on the basis of existing theory and practice and by comparing experience at home and abroad,several suggestions for development of weather insurance index in China were proposed,so as to transfer weather disaster risk and make up for the loss of agricultural economy to a certain degree.
