摘要
概述了传统土地整治模式,引入土地整治PPP模式,通过文献综述,论述了土地整治PPP模式的特点,分析了采用土地整治PPP模式进行土地整治工作的应用前景及存在的问题.结合目前土地确权、市场经济等政策,阐述了发展PPP模式对土地整治发展前景的影响.
Abstract
The traditional land consolidation modes were reviewed.Through literature reviewing,the features of land consolidation PPP mode were elaborated,the application prospect and existing problems were analyzed.Combined with land ownership,market economy policies,effects of PPP mode on development prospect of land consolidation were discussed.
