摘要
针对传统生鲜产品运行模式、管理水平、流通模式无法更好地满足消费者需求的现状,运用SWOT法分析北京市发展生鲜产品电子商务的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,通过专家访谈和调查问卷的方式对各影响因素进行评价,确定策略选择,提出北京市生鲜电商发展对策.
Abstract
Aiming at the status that the traditional fresh products operation mode,management level,circulation mode can not better meet the demands of consumers,using SWOT method,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of developing e-commerce in Beijing City were analyzed,through expert interviews and questionnaires,various influencing factors were evaluated,the strategy was determined and countermeasures for fresh products e-commerce in Beijing were put forward.
