摘要
基于污染问题频发和人口持续增加的现状,运用专家咨询法、层次分析法和主成分分析法构建评价指标体系,通过灰色模型和综合评价法对2003~2013年甘肃省的城市饮用水安全进行了评价.结果表明:构建的评价指标体系合理可行;2003~ 2013年综合评价值呈波动增长趋势,基本符合实际情况;影响城市饮用水的主要指标依次为主城区人口密度、城市用水普及率、城市居民年人均可支配收入、居民生活用水量、供水水质合格率和水源地水质等级.
Abstract
Based on the frequent pollution problems and increasing population,the evaluation index system was established by using expert consultation method,analytic hierarchy process and principal component analysis,urban drinking water security in Gansu Province from 2003 to 2013 was evaluated through gray models and comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed that the evaluation index system is reasonable and feasible.From 2003 to 2013,the comprehensive estimate shows a trend of undulatory growth,which basically accords with the actual situation.The main indexes affecting urban drinking water are population density in main urban area,popularizing rate of urban water,annual per capita disposable income of urban residents,water consumption,the qualified rate of water quality and water quality grade.
