摘要
围绕社会主义新农村建设制约存现代农业发展的“三农”问题,探索在建立新型农村现代科技服务体系下强化农业科技创新的新思路,提出农业科技创新发展对策与建议,以期加快发展现代农业、推动农村经济和农业发展,促进我国经济全面发展.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of agriculture,rural and farmers restricting modern agriculture development in new socialist countryside construction,a new way of strengthening agricultural science and technology innovation in the establishment of new rural modern science and technology service system was explored,countermeasures were proposed,so as to accelerate modern agriculture development and promote rural economy and agriculture development,thus to advance overall development of China' s economy.
