农林高校工业工程核心课程体系的构建研究

摘要
以农林高校工业工程专业在新形势下的专业核心课程体系设置为研究对象,对东北林业大学工亚工程专业学生进行了问卷调查,问卷中定位了4个培养目标和13个能力要求.通过对培养目标和能力要求的信度和效度进行检验,说明了4个培养目标和13个能力要求制订的合理性.由Q型聚类分析得出能力要求的设置符合培养目标的定位.根据定位的培养目标,设定了9门核心课程,应用SPSS分析软件得出了9门核心课程分别与13个能力要求的相关程度,并由ABC分类法将9门核心课程分为3类.该研究旨在为今后农林高校工业工程人才培养方案的修订奠定良好的基础.
Abstract
Under the new situation,the professional core curriculum system of Industrial Engineering of Agriculture and Forestry University is set as the study object.A questionnaire survey was conducted among the students of Industrial Engineering in Northeast Forestry University,and 4 training targets and 13 capacities were designed.The reliability and validity of the test showed the rationality of the four training objectives and the 13 capacity requirements.Based on the Q type cluster analysis,it was concluded that the capacity requirements matched well with the training targets.According to the orientation of the training targets,9 core courses were set.SPSS was used to obtain the correlation between 9 core courses and 13 capability requirements.Nine core courses were divided into three categories by ABC classification method.This research laid foundation for the future development of industrial engineering personnel training program in Agricultural and Forestry University.
