摘要
笔者根据食品化学双语课程的特点,结合当前教学培养学生理论联系实践能力、创新能力、解决实际问题的能力的目的,探讨了基于生产实践的食品化学创新教学模式.根据各知识点与生产实践的联系,经过案例精选、课堂组织等创建新的教学方法,提出食品化学双语教学和生产实践有机结合进行课程学习的意义,达到培养综合型实践人才的目标.
Abstract
Food chemistry innovation teaching model based on production practice was discussed according to the characteristic of food chemistry bilingual course,and combined the teaching aim of training students' abilities of theory with practice,innovation,solving practical problem.New teaching methods were established through selecting cases and organizing classes,on the basis of relations of every knowledge point and production practice,and the significance of course study about organic combination of food chemistry bilingual teaching and production practice were presented,so as to reach the target of cultivating comprehensive practical talents.
