摘要
综述了巨大口蘑在生物学特性、食用和药用作用及营养和经济价值、野生菌种的分离与驯化、栽培料方面的研究现状,指出了巨大口蘑栽培中存在的问题,并展望了巨大口蘑栽培技术的发展前景.
Abstract
We reviewed the research status of biological characteristics,edible and medicinal functions,nutrition and economic values,isolation and domestication of wild strains,and cultivation material of Tricholoma giganteum.Problems in the cultivation of T.giganteum were pointed out.Development prospect of the cultivation technology of T.giganteum was forecasted,aiming at providing references for the research and application of T.giganteum.
