摘要
[目的]构建未薯核心种质.[方法]对161份木薯种质的6个性状参数值进行分析、评价.[结果]建立了Minkowski遗传距离进行质心聚类分析,优先取样法(D2C5S3)适合木薯核心种质构建;获得了木薯核心种质25份,占原种质的15%,能代表原有种质的遗传多样性和完整性;同时也反映了供试木薯种质的遗传背景较狭窄,遗传多样性范围相对较小,存在遗传冗余现象.[结论]木薯核心种质的构建为木薯种质资源保护和利用提供理论依据.
Abstract
[Objective] To construct the core collection of Manihot esculenta Crantz.[Method] The six trait parameters of 161 germplasms of M.esculenta were analyzed and evaluated.[Result] Core collection cluster analysis of Minkowski genetic distance was established.Preferred sampling method (D2C5S3) was suitable for the construction of the core collection of M.esculenta.25 core collections were obtained,which accounted for 15% of the original core collection and represented the genetic diversity and integrity of original germplasms.At the same time,it was found out that the genetic background was narrow,with the phenomenon of genetic redundancy.[Conclusion] Construction of the core collection of M.esculenta provides theoretical foundation for the protection and utilization of M.esculenta germplasms.
